Nataku with ribbons flying all around him! Nataku's one of my favorite X characters and I don't know why. Maybe it's because of the ribbons... The cel is pretty dark so the scan doesn't do the cel justice at all, it's actually really detailed even though Nataku's fairly small on the cel. Can't stress enough how much I love the ribbons in this cel.
