Yasha Oh from RG Veda, but this cel is actually from one of Clamp's music video, Clamp in Wonderland. I know I've seen this cel in another collector's gallery and I'm really glad to be able to get one of my own. The background is non-matching, shoud be some sort of sky background. I really wish Clamp would re-animate RG Veda into a series instead of a 2 episode OVA.
