This is Ablïarsec Néïc Dubleuscr Larth Dubeusec (Debeusec) from the OVA Seikai no Danshou. He's Lafiel's father. For the longest time I thought him and Dusanyu are the same person, but apparently they're not! I was so confused... So did Debeusec every shows up in Monshou or Senki?
