Holy moly an Eagle OVA cel! I remember back in the days I thought I would never ever be able to own more then 1 of these. Here's another awesome shot of Eagle being somewhat psycho. I'm sure he's all happy about destroying Cephiro here for some reason. I love LOVE the OVA character designs. But why is he the bad buy in the OVA anyway?
