Mikagami from Flame of Rekka! I've always wanted a cel of him. There're a lot of face shots of him that just looks really funny to me, and I'm not overly excited about that greenish beige-ish coat that he wears. But for some reason I really like the action and composition of this cel and the tank top.... The sword is a plus too.
