It's Kamidake's evil twin! I had this cel a looooooooong time ago and traded for a Kamidake cel. And now he's back! I had a dilemma as to where I should put these guys, options where, a whole new Tenchi section, in the Misc section, or Others in the Kamidake section. And obviously "others" won out.
